About Adam Beckworth

I am a two time Australian Olympic Distance Age Group champion and a silver mediallist at the 2005 Age Group World Olympic Distance Championships.

At the state level I race in the elite section. Most of the times at national and world level I race in the age group section. In 2006 I raced in France for an elite/professional team called Cesson-Sevigne. It is based in the town of Rennes. To view my diary and photos click here.

I have over 12 years experience in competing and coaching in triathlons and duathlons at a state, national and international level. All programs are designed individually to suit the persons goals, lifestyle and ability. I have coached a World Age Group silver mediallist, Australian Age Group Champions, Australian Duathlon Elite Champion, Victorian Secondary School Repesentatives and just your "average Jo" who just wants to keep fit and compete in triathlons.
