I started triathlon in 2007, I was riding my dad's old bike and a few guys from work talked me into giving a triathlon a go. So I went off to the pool swam a few 50’s and surprisingly didn’t drown, so I decided to give triathlon a go.
The following year I approached Adam Beckworth about coaching as my wife and Adam's wife Penny worked together. I moved up to the Gatorade distance then up to Olympic distance. Eventually I progressed onto half IRONMAN distance which I probably enjoy most. My next challenge was going to be IRONMAN Australia 2020 but COVID19 stuffed that 🖕🏻🖕🏻 So now entered for 2021 and I can’t wait.

Originally when I first started back in 2008 I was one of seven that trained with Adam and have been with the group on and off over the years. I always feel very welcome when I come back that’s the reason continue to be involved with Beckworth Racing.
