FEATURED ATHLETE PROFILE
BRT ELITE SQUAD
Originally from a footy and cricketing background where I completed my first sprint distance triathlon in 2016. After enjoying to many post football beers, pizzas and late nights at the pub I returned to the sport in 2018 somewhat over weight. With the intention of using triathlon as a means of becoming footy fit I fell I love with the sport.
It gave me a sense of purpose and structure allowing me to set both short and long term fitness goals. I love the sense of personal achievement that racing and training gives you and enjoy being around like minded people who are competitive. Triathlon has allowed me to push towards goals that are outside my comfort zone. In the future I aim to compete at the 70.3 world championships and would like to race elite in the 2XU series.
