Run Forrest Training Program
Beckworth Racing has put together an 7 week training program for athletes competing in Run Forrest on Sunday 9th of June 2019. This program will progressively prepare you for race day and is designed to improve your fitness and trail running specific skills.
The program has been carefully put together by Beckworth Coach Peri Gray who is a former winner of Run Forrest. So, follow this program and who knows what is possible!!
