COACHING

With a background in competitive netball and basketball, Alana discovered triathlon in 2016 after a knee injury forced her to take a break from the courts. What started as a rehab journey quickly became a passion, and she now races across sprint, olympic, and 70.3 distances.

As a qualified osteopath, Alana brings a deep understanding of the body, movement, and injury prevention to her coaching, making her approach both holistic and supportive.

Driven by a love for movement and a desire to see others succeed, Alana is all about getting people feeling their best—physically and mentally through sport.
